Our expectations of you and your qualifications are determined by the high expectations of our clients concerning the quality of our advice and the quality standards set by us. We expect you to have excellent grades in the two German State Examinations and fluency in the English language ideally obtained through studying abroad. The ability of our attorneys to work and render legal advice at a top level is regularly reflected in academic dissertations.

While the above-mentioned criteria are important for us, they are not per se a guarantee for successful lawyering. Understanding economic issues, the ability and the motivation to handle projects independently as well as competent dealings with clients, colleagues and employees are also mandatory skills in this context.
